At my work, (a college of professional education) some people often change desks and wanna change there phonenumbers. Of course this no problem for me but i've got better things to do :).. Is it possible to create a (CCM)useraccount with limited rights which can only change user object settings such as phonenumber? Then another person can do this things for me.
Another question, is it possible for a CCM user to have multiple phonenumbers? I know they can have multiple devices assigned but in would be nice if they can have multiple numbers.

Another possible solution for you might be to look into extension mobility, which is the best way if people frequently move. With this each user has just a phone template and logs on to the phone to "sort of grab" his number and push it to the phone.
