Ok, so I have a phone background file in a invalid tftp directory on one of my CallManager 7.1(2) servers. I guess when I copied and pasted the directory path from Word it inserted some special characters in the path. It really isn't causing a problem, it just isn't clean when browsing files on the server. Anyone know how to delete the directory? The gui, won't delete it, and I can't type the special characters to delete it when on the cli. thanks.
I suppose you know the filename inserted to that directory , right? Have you tried searching for the file and invoke the delete option using the GUI interface? It works on my end, hope it works on yours as well.
