We have a small Callmanager Express implementation with Unity Express. We are forwarding voicemail to folk's email, which is working fantastically. However, the voicemail is left on the CUE system.
Is it possible to forward the message to email, and then delete the message from the CUE system? We often have users out of the office for months at a time, so leaving the message in the CUE system unnecessarily takes up space.
Eric, to my knowledge this is not possible as standard.
There may be a ways around it using a programming language e.g. What may be possible is to enable imap access then use some sort of automated procedure to log into the imap store on cue and clear down the voicemails ??
Or maybe using cron on the cme router to run some sort of command to clear down a voice mailbox.
