Deletion of IP Phone extensions

Hi ,

I would like to know how to delete the Extension numbers permanently from the CCM (4.1.3).

Actually, even I delete an extension number from the phone device, still it exists in the Route-Plan reports.

So , I need to delete the same extension number from the Route Plan report as well.

Is there any way that I can delete at single shot from CCM or any workaround ?

Karuna,

In the CallManager Administration web page, fo to 'Route Plan' -> 'Route Plan Report'. Select in the 'Find' combo, 'Unassigned DN', click on 'Find'.

When you obtain the results, you can check one or all the items and delete using the two buttons at the end of the resukts page.

Hi,

U r @ right place, goto Route plan report, then simply click the "Pattern/Directory Number" Value e.g [xxxxxxx], in next page Click [DELETE] button.
