Demo Software License After Upgrade

Hi there,

I upgraded the CUCM of a customer from 6.1.2 to 6.1.3. Everything went well, but after restarting the CUCM, I'm getting the following warning:

Licensing Warnings:

System is operating on Demo licenses. Please upload relevant license files.

The customer's CUCM got sufficient Device and Node licenses installed. I tried to upload the license files, but it didn't change anything.

Anyone got any clue how I can solve this issue?

Has anything changed with the hardware of this device?  What happens if you restart the license manager services on the Publisher?

If you previously used demo license files have you tried removing those and then uploading the valid files?

There was an issue with the license (6.1 software feature). I was issued a new license file and the problem is resolved.
