I am looking for a means to be able to find all registered devices within CCM. I am trying to use this report to keep our SmartNet contracts up-to-date. I have tried using CCM and CiscoWorks/Real--Time-Monitor; however, I can't seem to produce the desired results. RTM seems to find all registered devices but it only shows the first 200 items and I can't extract the report.
If possible, I would also like to find a means to be able to track whenever CIPC devices are last used. Our organization would like to be able to remove all CIPC configs if they aren't used within 90 days to save on licensing fees.
If anyone can help me out with finding these reports it would greatly appreciated!!!
