Detailed Phone Logging

Is there a way to turn on detailed phone logging so I can see what a phone is doing and what keys are pressed? If so, how do I do it and how do I view the log?

yes, a CUCM detailed trace can give you those details. not what the phone is doing but what keys are pressed and states like going on-hook, off-hook, etc
