Any idea how you can determine the number of phones on a particular firmware on call manager 7.15?

the report of the phones and the firware they are using can be generated using RTMT

In your RTMT go to 1.      call manager->device->device search->open device Search->phone 2.     Select Device with status –Registered                      (As per your requirement) 3.     Select device with download status- Any Status   (As per your requirement) 4.     Search device By model –Any model                          (As per your requirement) 5.     Search with name- Any Name/Address                    (As per your requirement) 6.     Monitor following attributes                                          (tick all your requirements ,make sure you have the check on the ActiveLoadId) 7.     The ActiveLoadId  is what will show you your firmware.

Tried this. It would only display first 200 results - which were for 7912

and all Active loadID's were given as N/A

Tried search again for 7911 - again it gave N/A.

Tried 7961 and it did list the Firmware for the phone.

Any reason why it didn't for 7911's & 12's ???

the activeload ID for the 7911's & 12's is probably not being displayed as maybe they are not using the default load. For those phones you need to check the firmware directly on the phone

Settings->status->Firmware versions
