It is a little PC icon that looks like two small computers next to the device pool name and if this is shaded in red does it mean that the device pool is not operational, what does the colour indicate?
In CCM 4.1, mine looks like this, and it's just an icon that happens to be red. The icons aren't used to indicate status. Instead, look at the "Status" field for status of phones, Gateways, and CTI route points.
