#DEVICENAME# Parameter - Other Parameters?

I know how to pass the MAC of a phone using: http://hostname.tld/?name=#DEVICENAME#

I want to know how to pass the user locale for a subscribed IP Phone Service.

Does anyone know what other parameters are available for use? 

Where is this information documented?

I know that adding http://hostname.tld/ to the services URL field will pass the name and locale.

http://hostname.tld/?locale=English_United_States&name=SEP001122334455
