Database connection failed An Error Occurred: 28000
This is the message we are getting after trying to install the 1.1.7 dial plan file. The file itself uploaded and verified correctly without any problems.

The error message indicates that the correct file for the dial plan for the callmanager are not used. kindly verify the filename for the callmanager .
