We are planning to upgrade the existing dial plan. I did install successfully the latest dial plan through CUCM OS Admin --> S/W Upgrades --> Install/ Upgrade in the Publisher. Then I found the latest version reflecting in the Available version in Call Routing --> Dial Plan Installer in all the Subscribers too.
When I try to install in the Publisher first place, nothing happens. After I click Install it just does nothing. Please help me. Attached is a snapshot of the dial plan installer screen.
