Dial Rule Issue

Hello everyone:

We used Cisco IP Phone Directories function, and our Directory service is syn by LDAP. I wanna find number from the Directory and

dial direct, but our outdial access code is 9, the Directory entry isn't begin with 9. The LDAP Superviser don't wanna add the prefix.

I found Call Manager had a function Call Directory Lookup Dial Rule, and try to create some rule to help dial from Director, but it not work.

The document show that function is work with Attendant Console, is that only work with Attendant Console?!

How can i dial direct with Directory and automatic add prefix 9?

Don't wanna change our dial plan, I only can do is create some translation-pattern to processing the DNIS. But i still hope Dial Rule can work

With that. They anyone have same issue? Ask for Help.

         Rock.

         From RPC.

Re: Dial Rule Issue

Like you mentioned above create translation-pattern and add 9 as prefix to numbers you need.
