Dial Tone Delivery Delay From Call Agent - Ver 8.5

Hello Folks,

I have an issue with my IPT environment, the phones are getting delay dial tone response from the call agent, when i go off hock it takes some delay to give me the dial tone.

  • All the IP phones are connected in the same remote switch
  • When we send 500 packets from the switch to the call agent the ping percentage was 96% success, but my CNA team advised me it wont be an issue for this dial tone delay

Please suggest me if i can check anything from my end to fix this issue.

Dial Tone Delivery Delay From Call Agent - Ver 8.5

The CUCM version is 8.5.

Pls let me know if you need any other details to look into the solution
