We have deployed CCME 4.2 at one of our customers. The customer wants to use Outlook Express to dial out using the contact details. The customer has got approximately 40 users and each user has got hundreds of contacts in the Microsoft Outlook address book. All the contact details in the address book are local as well as international numbers. I have changed the "Phone and Modems Options" in "Control panel" to dial 9 for dialing out. However when any user dials out, the 9 is NOT automatically inserted to pick up a line before dialing out. However the problem does not occur when I change the Country/ Region from UK to another country where area codes are not used. Is there any way to solve the problem without having to change the country from UK to another country where area codes are not used.
