We are running a CCM cluster and we have some Cisco ATA devices for FAX machines. What we are trying to do is to make it so that when you use the fax machines you do not have to dial 9 to first. This works just fine if you are calling either a local number or if you are calling a long distance number but when you are trying to call a toll free number you need to dial 9 first. I am looking for a way to set it up so that the lines associated with the ATA's do not need to dial 9 before being able to send a fax or place a call to a toll-free number. If anyone has any ideas to pass along it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
