Differences between Application Summary Report and Detailed Call By Call CCDR Report
I'm running two reports from Cisco Historical Reports. One report is Application Summary Report and the other report is Detailed Call by Call CCDR Report. I'm filtering by Application in the case of Detailed Call Record.
I'm obtaining differences between the number of calls presented in Application Summary and the number of calls obtained in Detailed Call by Call Report filtered by same Application. The number of calls showed by the Detailed Call by Call Report filtered by Application are higher than the calls presented in the Application Summary.
Do you know what could be the reason for this difference in the statistics ?
