We currently have a 7-digit route pattern that contains a number in the Calling Party Transformation Mask field - 5592223333. This is so all calls from the site will show the number - 5592223333. However, we have a couple of numbers (at the same site) where we would like to show a different caller ID number - 5592224444. What can we do to accomplish this?
Either you assign this number as external phone number mask on the DNs (aside from the ones that need something else), and remove this config from the RP, then check the use external phone number mask option
Or you create a different RP only for those 2 users and configure whatever ANI you need for them. Then just use CSS and partitions so that they are the only ones that use it.
