I have deployed a CALL MANAGER EXPRESS at a client, but I have a problem transcoding sda. Here is the problem:

The customer has a slice of external numbers (sda) from 338890820 to 338890850 with the head of line 338890820 AND extensions as 1820 to 1850;

I applied the "pattern dialplan-1 3388908-length extension .. 4 .. 18 extension pattern" in telephony-service. But when I call 338890820 eg it does not ring on the 1820 so forth.

Hi, tha should be:

dialplan-pattern 1 3388908.. extension-length 2 extension-pattern 18..

Note that very likely you will also need "isdn overlpa-receiving" under all ISDN ports.

If that doesn't work send output of "debug isdn q931" with "term mon" for an incoming call.

OK! I was misled about the syntax before. The syntax that I had actually composed:

dialplan-pattern 1 3388908.. extension-length 4 extension-pattern 18..
