Directory Dial rules with Attendant Console

Referring to this link

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00801ecf89.html#39634

With 4.x callmanager version, attendant console dial rules could be created in the Windows server in the folder C:\program files\Cisco\CallmanagerAttendant\etc folder and the attendant console software would pick the file up the next time the attendant logs in.

With Callmanager 5.0 how do we do the same ? There is no system file access. Callmanager 5.0 seem to have a new feature called Directory Lookup Dial rules. This seems to show a caller name based on a directory lookup.

The doc also talks about Application Dial rules which used to work with IPMA Console (4.x) seem to work with Attendant Console as well. Can anybody confirm this ?
