Hi,
I'm running ccm version 4.2(1)
everytime the users try to use the Directories key to see missed calls, placed callas, etc
they get Http error 403
I check the app log on the server and I couldn't find a clue
any idea?

OK, did this ever work? Did it stop after an upgrade?
What model of IP Phones? What Firmware?

Hi Cris,
Take a look at the Directory URL in the CCM config and make sure that it is set as the CCM publisher IP address not CCM Publisher Name (DNS issue).
Directory URL can be found @
Enterprise Parameters Configuration>Phone URL Parameters>URL Directories >http://x.x.x.x/CCMCIP/xmldirectory.asp

Hi Rob,
The Directory URL is configured with ip address instead of the hostname, If I pull the url from the phone and copy it into a browser I don't have any problem pulling the directory.
However the ip phones doesn't have the corporate directory option anymore

Rob,
I sniffed the network and found the problem
it was an ACL
removed the ACL and that fixed my issue
