directory numbers can not be shown in the ip phones

when i press the directory botton in the ip phone it didnt show the directory numbers tab.

i am using cucm 7 and the Enterprise url for Directories is:

http://10.10.10.5:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp

even when i put this url in the device itselve it didnt work

but when i put the url in the browser it show this:

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity

Location: http://10.10.10.5:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp

Line Number 7, Column 1:<?xml version="1.0"?>

when i put the url in google chrome it showes another message:

error on line 7 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document

When you test the URL in your browser you'll have to view page source to see what is passed to the phone to make sure it looks correct.  Can you post that output here please?  Your browser won't understand some of the phone specific tags, which is why you get the parse error.
