Any way to limit what is shown in directory lookup? Would like to prevent certain lines from being displayed when a user looks through the directory.

I believe CME automatically creates a local phone directory containing the telephone numbers that are assigned in

the directory number configuration of the phone. The local directory that is displayed on an IP phone is an XML page that is

accessed through HTTP without password protection. The directory HTTP service can be disabled to suppress the availability of

the local directory (no service local-directory) under telephony-service, but you can not hide certain numbers from displaying.

What you can do is create a customized directory, but this will requiere SDK contract to get assistance. The TAC will nos support it, just the Dev team.

Hi,

Remove the "name" line under "ephone xxx"

The name will desappear for the local directory.
