I have just installed CCM 6.0. I cannot see the DC Directory option on any of my phones although phones are registered correctly. I can see the intercomm directory though... Any help on this?

Some things to check:
Does the phone/setting have a value for "Directories URL"?
Is there a firewall or ACL blocking port 8080 between the phone and UCM?
If the URL contains a hostname, does it work if you change the URL to a IP address via the UCM Enterprise parameters (DNS issue)?

Hi Sheeraz,
Thanks for putting in this for me, it seems like Steve response it correct. I have just changed the enterprise parameters as mentioned and reloaded the PUB. Did this remotely so couldnt check if local directory is appearing on the phone or not but quite sure that it will work now. The main issue was that I need to do Extension mobility and it wont work unless your local directory services are working fine on UCM.
