Hi,
End user requests not to provide MoH from specific iphones when external user (from PSTN) is put on hold.
I set the command " no multicast-moh " on those specific iphones but MoH is still listened for external users.
Should I set aditional config in order to disable MoH
CME version is 7.1

Filiberto:
I have a question for you, after setting the command did you issue the create cnf files, and restart the phone?
C2921-Voice(config-telephony)#create cnf-files

You might give it a try creating moh groups for those you want MOH to be played.
Check the following link.
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeadm/cmemoh.html#wp1022890
I will suggest you to do a lab recreation and test it.

thanks vhilario,
is a good option to try moh group in a lab recreation and test it.
because end user has CME 7.1 and moh group is not supported
