Disabling the directories for IP Communicator

I have outbound agents I would like to disable the directories button from their IP Communicator.  Does anyone know how to do this?

you can use BAT to change the Directory URL field in their phones to any invalid one. So when the directory key is hit, they will get "Host not Found" message.
