The call is disconnected from the network. You should ask to the person that was talking if dropped suddenly or there was a loss of audio before.
Now for the failed retake, does it happens all the time ?
Which IOS are you running and which firmware on the phone ?
how did you understand the call is disconnected from network?
it doesnt happen all time but it happens too often.
phone load 7.2(2.0)
thanks for your help
Because the disconnect is received:
RX <- DISCONNECT
Would you try to upgrade at very least the operator phone, to latest 8.0(5) or 8.2(2)SR1, depending on the phone model.
If that doesn't help, you may need to upgrade the IOS as well.
i don have connection to the customer and at that moment i can not support you full debug isdn q931 output. But i tested it and it disconnects while u was talking.
or sometimes i call a pstn numbers it starts ringing and then disconnect before the called person answer the call.
Are you using 7940-60 ?
if so I suggest you upgrade FW to 7.2(4)
I had tried 8.0(5) but has a bug in which called numbers don't display on local directory.
Also check again show controller E1, you said there are no errors but please check if ANY slip is counted.
