DISK SPACE FULL : Diskactive full ( 100%)

Hi ,

I have a Disk problem with my CUCM :

The result of "show status" command is :

                       Total           Free           Used

Disk/active         12316656K         12728K       12178796K (100%)

Disk/inactive       12316672K       11658176K         32828K (1%)

Disk/logging       43621124K      12413912K       28991368K (71%)

Please, there is any way to clean  space "Disk/active" ?

Hi Hicham,

What is the callmanager version that you are currently using.

Also have you performed an upgrade from 5.x to 7.x and since then you have started experiencing this issue.

there are a lot og bugs with regards to space on cm 5.x the one that isnt fixed till cm 6.1.x

you might want to engage tac and they can setup root and delete/take care of the files.
