Display department information on Corporate directory

Hi

we have a requirment to display department ( Ex: Finance ) , other than the number display when a user query the corporate directory ,

Any advice is really appriciated .

we have CUCM 9.1 , phones 6921 , 7945 , 9981 etc

The built-in directory is not customizable and does not display this attribute. You'll need to replace it with an ecosystem partner product such as SynApps Appendix. Additional options likely exist in the Cisco Developer Marketplace.

Alternatively, you can check out the solution from 2Ring called PHONE SERVICES (http://www.2ring.com/NewJuice).

When you decide to play around it, you will get more features than just directories.
