Re: Display FAC in CDR

AFAIK the DB scheme is the same for the 5.x version so the FAC should be in there

Re: Display FAC in CDR

Hi javalenc,

Please check the document Getting Started with CDR Analysis and Reporting, it is diferent in the part of Display FAC in CDR because it apears only in the guide of the 5.1(3) version.

Re: Display FAC in CDR

I just loaded up 5.0(4) and don't see an option for "Display FAC in CDR". That comes in with 5.1 service parameters.

Re: Display FAC in CDR

now I have problem CUCM5.1 CDR csv export is not included FAC.

I already choose In the Clusterwide Parameters (Device - General), Diaplay FAC in CDR set to "True"

But in the CDR export csv file is not shown FAC in any colume.

Is there is anybody found the same problem like this?
