Display name instead of the number for contact in corporate directory

                   Hi there, we have lot of contacts in CUCM directory, when they call, the IP Phone only display the number. is any way to display external caller ID in the IP phone, if this user name is in the CUCM corporate directory? thanks in advance. Roy

CUCM directory will display the entry defined for a user in the firstname, lastname and  telephone number field.

You can use the number 2 name script that can be acquired on the website mentioned in my profile.
