unfortunately, I have no idea, how to achive the following - probably somebody has a good idea...
We're running a CISCO Callmanager 4.2(3) and a GSM gateway to route calls to the GSM network via this gateway rather than through our PSTN provider.
This gateway consists out of 6 channels and 6 corresponding SIM cards.
Unfortunately some user initiate sometimes calls to some of the GSM numbers which are related to these channels - by accident.
As I don't want to let them just receive a fast busy, I reroute these incoming calls to our switchboard.
But for the colleagues working at the switchboard these calls are like "normal calls" from outside our company, and as the calling number they can see one of the numbers used in our GSM gateway.
For better identification as a call from this gateway, is it possible to link these 6 numbers to a text, which will be displayed at the switchboards phone (instead of the calling number)?
