Hi -
CUCM 4.2.3 SR1
Our customer runs multiple helpdesk qeueus (routed to agents using Arc Call Connect) and would like to display the CTI RP display (DN) on their IP Phones for incoming calls.
I have set the following CUCM service parameters to True: "Always Display Original Dialed Number" and "Display CTI Route Point Name or DN" but the agent phones are still displaying "forwarded to "agent name"

Try to use:
Retain Forward Information set to TRUE instead of FALSE

sir, how did you get on with t his testing as i too have this situation and haven't found a working fix for my customer.
