Divert Incoming Call to Specific Number

Running CUCM 9.1

Looking for a way to divert an incoming call to a specific number.

Example:

User calls an IT staff member directly.

IT staff member pushes softkey to divert call to Help Desk

Help Desk receives the call.

Looking to implement this on approx 10-15 devices.

looking at requirement seems can be achieved through iDivert however this is only used VM purpose. however there is another solutions proposed in this thread check if this help
