We currently have CCM 4.3(2)Pub & Sub. The Pub also has IP Contact Center Express version 4.1(1)b085 on the same box. We planning to upgrade to CCM
7.01 So I installed DMA 7.01a. DMA generates the following error...

[12:18:34 PM] modExportDatabase=Failure
[12:18:34 PM] Failed to complete database processing successfully.
[12:18:34 PM] Failed to validate Cisco CallManager database and directory exported data.
[12:18:34 PM] The exported data cannot be used for upgrade.
[12:18:34 PM] Correct the database and/or directory data and run DMA again.
[12:18:34 PM] Verification of DB in IDS failed. Retaining the TAR file as it is.
[12:19:22 PM] The results are : Export - Successful. Validation - Failed.
How do we resolve this, so we can proceed with the CCM upgrade? BTW I got a similar error when I tried DMA 7.02. I suspect the error/failure may be from having IPCC on the Pub. Can we run DMA on the Sub since it fails on the pub?
