DMA Export issue with CAR

Hi

I get the following error when I run DMA:

04:05:16 PM] [Warning] Cannot find CAR database. Failed to export CAR database and data.

[04:05:16 PM] [Error] Failed to export CAR data .

[04:05:16 PM]

[04:05:16 PM] [Error] Archive not built, due to unsuccessful export.

Has anybody seen this issue before or can anybody suggest what I need to do in order to fix this issue?

The file may get corrupted. So rerun DMA again on the CallManager.

Hi,

Oversight on my part. CAR plugin was not installed!

After I installed it, I re-ran DMA and it worked.
