DMA license File

I am upgrading from CCM 4.2(3) to 6.1(2). When running DMA do phones need to be registered for them to be included in the license file?

Hi Israel,

They do not need to be registered to be included in the DMA .tar:) They only need to have been configured and registered at some point in time.
