DND Behaviour

Hi,

I'm having trouble with DND on CUCME4.2, I guess it is working as intended, but not how I want it. The user presses the DND softkey and the phone displays DND. An incoming call still rings the phone though (albeit on silent ring suppression). So the caller just thinks his call is being ignored. Is there anyway to forward calls to a phone that is on DND to a vm box or another phone. I guess a call-forward DND command or something? Also DND is not reflected in prescence, is this something that can be configured?

All comments and suggestions welcome.

No, there isn't anything like that in CME.

DND to all effects is only a ringer mute.

You can of course CFA to VM if you want.

There is no way to send a call directly to VM when it is already ringing. You can only silence the ring and will go to VM as CFNA.
