We are running CME 4.2(0) and have several phones configured. Now our users keep putting the phone in DND and do not have the option to remove it.
In order to fix this, I have to delete the phone and readd it. Now this is happening at least twice a day. I watched several users and it appears. when a call comes in, they have the option to answer it or it displays a DND. They are hitting the DND by accident.
I configured a phone templete and I did not put DND in it.
ephone-templata 1
softkeys idle hlog redial newcall cfwall pickup gpickup
Does anyone have a link with all the templates and settings?

This should not happen in the first place. Are you using the correct phone load for this vers of CME

I found a link to the phone templates for CME. Once i found that, i found the issue. I removed the DND from the idle list but the ringing list still had DND enabled. I didnt set it there so it was taking the default.
This is how they were getting into DND but then had no option to remove it.
