Documenting CallManager

Does anyone have any recommendations on software/tools that they have used to document their CallManager configurations? I have found a possible solution at www.cmreports.com, but it is not a tool and I have to basically send the database over to them, I would rather not do that.

any direction would be appreciated.

The CMReports software is very good but I don't believe they've released anything for CUCM 5/6.x

The document they produce is very comprehensive and it'll save you a lot of time in doing screenshots.

Personally, I've not heard of or used anything else to document CUCM.

If you have a 4.x system, I would highly recommend CMReports. I have used them several times. I have spoken to them personally before. Basically, it is some guys in the business who figured out a cool way to make the process easier. I would not worry about privacy concerns or anything like that.

It will cost you $60 a pop for each cluster your need to do and $60 for Unity.

They don't have 5.x or 6.x compatibility yet.
