Does 3911 IP Phone support Pickup & Group Pickup feature.

Hi I have 2 questions.

1)Does 3911 IP Phone support Pickup & Group Pickup feature.

2)Do IP Phones UC521 & 524 work with CUCME. According to the documentation these models work only with UC500, but I read some where UC521 & 524 can work with CUCME on Integrated Services Router

Hi!

Here's a document about the features supported on a 3911 and I don't see call pickup, so I guess it's not supported.

Regarding your other question, IP Phones 500 Series are built for use with Cisco's Unified Communication 500 Series platforms, CME not supported, check the following link:

Under table 1 column Cisco Unified IP Phone 500 Series, row Platforms supported it says:

"Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series (UC500) only"
