One of my client's is pretty much convinced with the Cisco UC540 and Cisco UC560 telephone system. However, he needs confirmation whether the systems will support DISA (Direct Inward System Access)?
Basically, he would install the 2 systems in two different countries... with this, a user from country A would call up the system in country B, and then use one of their trunk lines to make outgoing calls in country B.
