Does Cisco has standard VoIP questionnaire??

Hi,

We have a potential customer wants to switch from PBX to Cisco VoIP. I want to gather router, switch, PBX info, how many users, location, bandwidth between building, etc, etc from the customer.

Does Cisco has standard questionnaire for VoIP Intergration.

What you are looking for is the PDIOO for VOIP(short for Planning,Design,Implementation,Operation, and Optimization ). I recommend you buy this book:

This book will lay out the roadmap for a successful VOIP project and contains the PDIOO in the appendix. The book presents a case study and walks you through the entire PDIOO process.

Stop by Barnes and Nobles and leaf through it.
