does department of telecommunication in India restricts call signalling traffic to go outside india?
for example: if i have my CUCM cluster in Singapore and remote site in India with phones registering over WAN to Singapore cluster. i have implemented logical partitioning. my remote site in India has a SRST enabled router. is this not a valid deployment according to DoT india.
is there any legal or regulatory issues related to deployment of IPT. or does DoT india says that we can't have CDR or any information pertaining to customer outside india. or DoT India says we can't send any Domestic traffic outside india.
