Does not want caller ID shown internal and outgoing calls

        Hello,

I'm new at this so please spell out all the steps, much appreciated.  Here is my question; A user want his private number caller ID not showing up both internal and outgoing calls, we are on CUCM 4.3. Where and how this could be done?  Thanks

for outgoing calls:

assuming you have PRI on port 0/0/0, this will apply to all phones

dial-peer voice 1 pots

port 0/0/0:23

clid strip  <=== to strip dn

clid strip name <=== to strip name

for internal calls

ephone-dn 1

caller-id block <== will show as private on callee
