Hi Guys,

My Customer have a solution with CUCM 10.5.2 using SIP Protocols. The main number (example) is 5432-1000 and many DNs 1001, 1002,.....,10XX. Independent of number used to dial to external number example: 5432-1075 dialing to 98765432  the call go as 5432-1000. As to configure CUCM to that the calls go with the original number? A read the documentation about Caller ID, but, didn´t clear for me.

Can You help me, please.

Thanks,

Wilson

If you have a per user DID in your environment, you can configure EPNM for your Phone lines. Your route patterns/TP can then use this EPNM to send the ANI/CLID correctly.

It all depends on your dialplan implementation and where you do your digit
manipulation. For example if all manipulations are done on route-patterns
then in your calling number translation put this 5432XXXX

Do the same thing if you decide on put your manipulations on translation
pattern or sip trunk calling pattern transformation.
