Doubt about Hunt Pilot Configuration - CallManager 6.1

Hi Guys,

I am trying to test a Hunt Pilot configuration because my Customer have the following need:

I did the following setup in laboratory:

Directory Number 71000, 72000, 73000, 74000

Pilot: 75000

broadcast

I used the DN 71000 and did the following test: called to 75000 (hunt pilot) and also called to all DNs, but, the identification that appears in the other DNs was 71000 and not 75000. My doubt: is it possible to identify the Pilot Number instead of the originated DN?

Thanks,

Wilson Santana

Hi Wilson,

The way that I have got around this is to configure a CTI route point with an associated DN set to forward all calls to the hunt pilot.

In your example the CTI DN would be set to 75000. This would forward all calls to the hunt pilot which would use another number (say 75001) which would then send the call to the broadcast line group.

Members of the line group should see "Forwarded by 75000" and the Display setting (if configured).
