Downgrade CUCM to CME?

Got a customer on CUCM 4.1 whose struggling with the funds. Is it possible to re-issue CUCM licenses as CME?

CME license is actually very affordable, check it out.

They cannot be converted, but if you have existing SRST licenses those are interchangeable with CME licenses.
