DRF Issue: BARS continues to say that backup operation is in progress
Last time reboot fixed the issue
I do not want to reboot all the time.Is there a fix for it?

Looks like an old version of CUCM. You simple start and stop the DRS services to stop the backup.
Try backing up to a different SFTP source. I have had issues, even with new 7.1 servers, the DRS did not like the backup server for some reason or the software.
Possibly delete the backup source (machine). Restart the service, then add the source back in and run a test to see if it works then.

DRS backup never releases lock - stops performing backups | |
Symptom: - DRS Backups stop executing automatically. - When you attempt a manual backup, you get an error saying: "Backup operation currently in progress.... please wait and try after sometime" - When trying to install a new version or a COP file, you get the following error: "The system is currently locked by another process. Please try again later" Conditions: Occurs if DRF is scheduled to backup the CUCM server automatically. Workaround: Restart the DRF Master Agent on the publisher to be able to install files again | Status Fixed Severity 3 - moderate Last Modified In Last month Product Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) Technology 1st Found-In 7.0(1.10000.11) Fixed-In 7.1(1.39000.81) 7.0(1.21022.1) 7.0(2.11006.1) 7.1(2.10000.16) |
