Hello
sometimes on CCME I see long time incoming calls hanging on PRI.
I guess this is because a calling end did not hang phone handset correctly:
CallID CID ccVdb Port DSP/Ch Called # Codec Dial-peers
0x114C7 133C 0x689C7C80 0/2/0:15.2 0/3:2 xxxxxxx g711ulaw 1/4
0x114CB 133D 0x689C7C80 0/2/0:15.1 0/3:1 xxxxxxx g711ulaw 1/4
How to drop such call on PRI?

You can manually clear the call using the command clear call voice causecode 34 id.
You can find the call id using show call active voice brief.
